this is in reference to IndyMac Bank being a scam.

i got behind on my payments in 2008 and was to do a loan modification i sent in all required paper work  sent in payments that were returned to me . they told me hold off and would send me more info to fill out .i waited and called on several occasions next thing i know i was recieving foreclosure papers i panicked being  a first time homewowner didnt want to lose my home filed for bankruptcy .not a good move i'll advise anyone to do your homework before making a mistake like i did . i  could not afford to make the payments that they required which was about $450 extra along with regular house note and then attoney fees.IndyMac Bank should have more professional thats why they were siezed by the goverment because they were SCAMS
